Our project is a mobility project in the scope of the Erasmus+ program, including 5 consortium partners in the region of Antalya and also consists the training of 49 vocational staff on 4 different topics in 3 different countries. The main issues determined by the consortium partners and have made us write this project are as below: 1- In our country, vocational and technical education has been less preferred by the students, 2- The graduated students have employment problems, 3-New technologies have been reflected on the curriculum very late,4-Educational staff in vocational training cannot find any opportunity to examine and use the new technologies. These problems require the encouragement of vocational training, improving the quality of vocational and technical education institutions, increasing teachers’ international job experience, ensuring their compliance with the labour market, and learning of the new technologies in place.Since new and modern hotels also factories have been founded in the region of Antalya, it requires a specialized staff that will not only be employed in these sectors but also compatible with the technology in Europe.
