Our participant group consists of 11. and 12. Grade students of our school’s metal, informatique and electrical-electronics departments. Each flow will have 15 students and 2 companion teachers. Departments that are mentioned in our project are serviceably active departments that satisfy the needs of labor market. As other educationally similar high schools in our region, our students complete their basic professional education of their departments at 10. grade. In 11. grade, they continue their education in a branch that they choose. Our participants are specialized in their own branch. Our 11. Grade students take their branch courses in our studios. This gives them opportunity to improve their skills about applications of professional education in addition to their basic education. Again 2 companion teachers will take part in each flow. According to TÜİK’s data, unemployment rate of vocational high school graduates who are between 15-24 ages is %20,8 in 2010, %27,6 in 2011 and %23,1 in 2012. Because of these reasons, some reforms started to be done and some new strategies about lifelong education improved. In previous academic year, only 222.183 of 1.819.448 vocational high school graduates applied for matriculation. As a result, there is lack of university graduates and qualified staff. Students who participate in our project will be given qualified education in Europe for a comparatively short term. Through specialists that our students meet, they will realize that professional and technical education is not only an obligation but also a special area that have lots of social and economical profits during their education. In this manner, they will become individuals who embrace principles of lifelong education and who are more enthusiastic to learn. Before our students start flow, they need pedagogical support about countries and foundations that they will go. Within this context, there will be pedagogical, cultural and lingual preparations after project acceptance. Within our project, 45 participants and 6 companions will take part in activities. First flow that consist of students of metal technologies department will get education about “CNC applications” in COLEGIUL TEHNIC GHEORGHE CARTIANU, Romania between 29.03.2015 and 11.04.2015 dates. In second flow, our students of enformatique technologies department will get education about “network system security” in iSOU Josif Josifovski , Macedonia between 12.04.2015 and 25.04.2015 dates. In last flow, our students of electrical and electronics technologies department will get education about “security and alarm systems” Stredni skola-Centrum odborne pripravy technickohospodarske, Czech republic between 26.04.2015 and 09.05.2015 dates. Each flow will consist of 15 student and 2 companions.
