42 students under the age of 18 who are studying in the field of Installation Technology and Climatization in our school shall attend to our project from our school. Our participants shall consist of the students who have successfully completed their courses of the maintenance of air conditioner, electrical faults of air conditioner, mechanical faults of air conditioner, selection of air conditioner and mounting of air conditioner which are in our curriculum. Our project consists of a total of 3 flows. 2 of them shall be carried out in Holland and the other one shall be in Romania. Our 42 students shall attend to the flows in groups of 14 and each of them shall have a companion. Antalya in which our school is settled is our city in which air conditioner is mostly used per house in Turkey due to the climatic reasons (TUİK-2012). Despite this, because the companies in which our students have their internship believe that our students are not proficient enough in the field of air conditioner maintenance and reparation, they do not spare our students enough responsibility and task during their internship. The reason for their not having enough responsibility in their internship is shown as the statement that the air conditioners used during the courses in our school have old-technology when compared to the ones which are currently used and they have different working principles. However, our school does not have enough budgets for purchasing new air conditioners to be used in the applied educations in our school. For these reasons, our graduate students cannot be the ones who have enough experience and proficiency in the maintenance and reparation of air conditioner which is one of the most important sector fields of our city. In this situation, our department of Installation Technology and Climatization is not preferred although it is really a very important occupation in our region and our graduate students cannot get the value they deserve in the market. As a result of the education which shall be attained by our participant students, they shall be the employees who have the capacity to be proficient in Entire-Air System, Air-Water System, Entire-Water System; and have the capacity to be able to conduct the maintenances of Split Air Conditioner, window-type air conditioner, roof-top package air conditioner and portable type air conditioners.
