One of the most important indicators showing the level of development of the countries in socio-economical means is health services. The fundamental aim of health services is to provide health services society needs at a high quality in the shortest time and with the lowest cost. Also, the service provided in health sector should have capability and 100% reliability under any circumstances. A large mass immigrated to our country due to the civil war in Syria, camped in this region and there has appeared an increase in need for health service. The biggest refugee camp of Turkey where 10 thousand Syrian refugees live exists in our city. In addition, health tourism has taken an important place in exchange for investments made in Health Sector in our country. The number of foreign patients coming to our country has reached 270.000 by multiplying three times in the last 4 years according to Health Tourism 2012 Report of General Directorate of Health Services, Ministry of Health. The fact that number of foreign patients preferring Turkey is increasing each year has revived the need for highly-qualified personnel with language skills in health sector. In addition to the existing need for personnel in health sector, 165.000 nurses which were available by 2000 in our country are aimed to increase to 400.000 in scope of "2023 Vision of Human Resources in Health”. Due to all these reasons, dissemination of and supporting vocational educations to be provided for health sector have gained importance and private health vocational high schools have been opened in many cities. Training health care personnel who are educated and qualified, has empathy and effective communication skills for the institutions and enterprises providing health service is among our school’s primary aims. Our project shall be carried out with a participant group of 36 Consisting of students in Nursing Department of Erdemir Anatolian Health Vocational High School,Adiyaman Anatolian Health Vocational High School and Private Ankara Darüssifa Mogan Anatolian Health Vocational High School,. Our project which includes 2-week-internship training shall be realized between 28.09. 2014 and 09.03.2015 Germany in Cuxhaven (institution) in Capio Deutsche Klinik Otterndorf hospital(city) , Romania in Baia Mare in Spitalul Jud. "Dr.Const.Opris" and Polan in Pultusk in Szpital Powiatowy w Pultusku SPZOO hospitals . Because practical courses are provided mostly in 11th and 12th grades in our school, participant students shall be selected among them. All of our students have fun Baia Mare indamental vocational knowledge and skills. However, our participants do not have work life experience and vocational qualifications required by the sector for manpower. Methodologies to be used in order that our project can achieve its aim and create expected results shall be execution method which consists of selecting project team members and participants, planning and duty sharing; application method consisting of showing and having others do, exposition and demonstration methods for training the project team and participants, activity-following method for monitoring the development and work programs of participant students, evaluation method for detecting success level of activities and to what extent targets are achieved and promotion method for introducing the project and our institution to health sector representatives. Our project targets our students’ preparatory period in the nursing department for work life. This project shall compensate for our participants’ need for practice which cannot be met by the help of local opportunities, which is going to be a process reinforcing professional knowledge. Our project’s expected results are improving our students’ language skills, transferring innovative care, treatment and rehabilitation applications in Europe to our institution, raising awareness and building self-confidence of our students by cooperating with people with various cultural background. Our project’s long-term gains are increasing our students’ opportunities to be employed domestically and abroad, ensuring their integration in manpower market, enhancing the institutional quality in public and private health sectors and amending quality and service in health services.
