The overall objective of our project; the size of effective classroom management for teachers participating in the European method and techniques in order to perform, the maximum level of knowledge, skills and experience of the development of international standards. The methodology will be used for the realization of the aforementioned objective observation. The project is designed in accordance with European quality specifications and the Erasmus programme. The proposed project, İsmet İPrimary and secondary school is located in the public institutions and the project owner as the sender. The project is located in the one movement to be performed in Italy . The host of our project partner brokerage is Sistema Turismo.The scope of the project is planned to take place in 10 teachers' mobility. Mobility will be held on 04 May-14 May 2015 in Italy. By the help of the planned program teachers will learn about a different culture, classroom management, general structure of public educational institutions in the country.They will examine the cooperation between the staff and the school in education system.Theyn will acquire knowledge about the work environment and working conditions. One of the basic objectives of the Erasmus + programme, is "to adapt to the cultural structure of recognition and EU countries" and the teachers will be involved in the process. Participants in education and training in European countries will learn about teacher-student relationships applied.Participants will develop international mobility projects carried out in European countries by meeting the teachers working in the field of education in the partner country. They will develop their language skills, and raise their awareness about their linguistic skills.Before, during or after the project, teachers will acquire the ability tto perform a well-organized an coordinated teamwork. The teachers who have carried out the applications under these titles will not only strenghten their experiences but also the opportunity for them to give education in European countries. It will also provide us with a chance to transfer different and innovative methods to our country. Our project will also contribute in meeting the need of effective classroom management which has a big importance in education system. As well as the targets, described above, our project not only includes the basic objectives of the Erasmus programme, but also serves the following goals • To learn education methodsin EU countries • To examine of the general structure of educational institutions and comparison with our country • To examine the criteria for staff recruitment and its process in the education sector in Europe • To observe classroom management training in the partner country • To acquire the information about the business environment and working conditions in EU countries • to recognize the cultural structure of EU countries and to adapt the EU citizenship • To get information about student and teacher rights • To contribute international mobility by meeting the teachers working in the field of education in EU countries and the students • To Increase the skills of teachers in the EU common languages and linguistic needs and to create awarenessof the linguistic needs. Our participants' studies about effective management in Italy will help them to increase their skills on this area by observing the differences and the innovations there. As a result, this project will be effective for the teachers having observed the classroom management in EU countries to improve themselves. Teachers working in our country will have the opportunity to copmpare the methods and the techniques applied in a foreign country. Therefore, this proposed project is suitable for Erasmus + program.
