In our country, railway networks and the development of high-speed train network day by day is accelerated. In this context, many new high-speed rails are put into operation year after year. In addition inter-city rail journey works, also metro and commuter lines in developing cities of our country are gradually increasing. The rapid development of our railways has created the need the intermediary personnel authorized to work in this area in the last 10 years and this need increased depending on acceleration of work on the railways. Although intensive development of the railways and diversification of new methods in working railways, in this area intermediate competent personnel does not grow in our country. The main purpose of the project is to increase employment opportunities of our students as certified competent intermediate personnel’s by vocational training received abroad. After being employed of our students who will attend our project and will have the opportunity to receive vocational training abroad, to contribute as competent intermediate personnel to the development of our country rail services is another purpose of our project. In our project, our participants will be trained on aluminothermy ray welding processes. Our participants will be employed in the railway sector with practical gaining. Our participants, who will start to work as personnel’s have all these qualifications, will be people who have work discipline, serving in accordance with EU standards, on the following of all kinds of professional development and will hold any kind of characteristic to meet the needs of the sector. In addition to professional development participants foreign language levels will increase and our participants will have a chance to practice all foreign language skills they learn until project, will increase enthusiasm for language learning. Increasing of foreign language levels of our participants will be another element to improve employment opportunities. Our participants will receive training suitable to achieve the objectives of our project within the body of an educational institution such Teknisk Erhvervsskole Center which has well-known past and strong corporate identity. Our partner organization, which is in Denmark that uses the latest technology in railways and organizes railway development according these developments, provides training in high standards in Railways Systems Areas. Institution will give vocational training to our students with high-tech facilities and a highly experienced and competent professional. Our students will benefit all opportunities of our partner organization, will do an internship in modern facilities and will receive training from experts in the field. 11. and 12. Class student’s vocational trainees in Rail Systems Area of our school will attend to our project. Our project will held with our buyer partner host in Denmark in 3 different stream and 45 students. 1 teacher who will be deployed in each stream will accompany our students.
