In modern practice, education, auto mechanics vocational training participants , learning enterprise in a real workplace , effectively becoming a theoretical knowledge and the practical steps , functional and non-formal takeover , mastering performance standards rather acquire professional - practical skills. The project is designed to improve therefor Vilkija School of Agriculture carried out a car mechanic vocational training programs, practice and practical training "competencies, ensuring the school car mechanics involved in the internship to meet qualified Lithuanian labor market needs, and offering access to the EU labor market and vocational education and training, the Ministry of SPACE. The main objective of the project - the car mechanic apprenticeship training program students experience accumulation of vocational training in a real job (work based learning) development (strengthening, improvement) and by innovative teaching methods and practices. 2014 - 2015 school year, 10 students will take place in two streams into 5 -week internship F + U Sachsen gGmbH Germany. Germany has a number of car manufacturers' sales showrooms and service departments for further Lithuania . Mobility during the students will have the opportunity to develop skills that encourage their creativity and competitiveness in the EU labor market. Participants in the project will develop a new international communication and cooperation in strengthening Vilkija agricultural school car mechanics acquired professional competence , improving foreign language skills, and expanding socio-cultural horizons.
