Knowledge were obtained within the preparation and education phase.The objectives of education were achieved under the mentorship of German teachers/ students and Slovenian teachers. The aim of preparing were achieved through engineering teachers. Financial preparation was carried out with help of accountant; cultural and linguistic preparation I also realised in detail.Teachers have expert knowledge/skills/experience gained by studying at the University/ training in enterprises/ by supplementing abroad and many years of work experiences in their professional area. Skills of students were acquired in Franz-Oberthür-Schule, in enterprises Koenig & Bauer,Terex, BMW. Interesting was CNC programming in Siemens Sinumerik. and Celos, which is the most recent programming software.Instruction was run in pairs with German students..Educational was measuring in KBA,.Students compared the circuit in elektropneumatics, in Terex they were focused on trimming process, working on milling/turning CNC machines, on flame/ plasma cutting,in BMW on robots.By traveling in the Bavarian Alps they learned about natural beauties of Germany, with a tour in old town centers/museums/ castles of Ludwig II. Bavarian they observed historical/cultural attractions. In free time they had sport activities in society with German students. Excellent were proven in climbing/bowling/tennis, worse in football.They saw ski jump in Garmisch and the inside of the Allianz Arena.Project is important for professional/personal development/ intercultural and language competences of each participants. Acquired skills in theory/practice:CNC programming, automation: robotics, pneumatics,hydraulics; English/German language training,social education:behavioral habits culture, history, present of Bavaria. Other results: learning the German software and manufacturing technologies, creation of their own personality , self-confidence building, weaving bonds of friendship, improve communication skills, learning about social features, insight into German education system, life,lifestyle,architecture,food,nature,vegetation, life of students,gaining experience of team work, work in unforeseen situations, boosting participants adaptability, improving communication, the dissemination of good practices, expanding/ establishing lasting partnerships, promoting of educational achievements at the international level, introduction of new content into the curriculum.By training in companies they got an insight into the organization, method and working conditions of employees, in materials/technologies.They improved their competitiveness on the European labour market. Content of the project:presentation of schools, towns, countries,to acquire theoretical/ practical knowledge in school classrooms/workshops/ businesses, making the actual product on machine, tour to companies/excursions/sightseeing/museums/cultural program.The project objectives were achieved and satisfied our/ foreign teachers, our students, their parents. Education abroad is an important added value to classical education of the school/a great promotion for school/ the opportunity to transfer knowledge on to other students/an important suport for innovations/improvements/raising the quality of existing educational program/ contributes to the greater attractiveness of our professional training/strengthening the cooperation between domestic/foreign schools, it supports mobility of students throughout Europe. Knowledge/experience/ innovation/modern methods of work/ news are entered into the creation of teaching materials/ guides for teachers/ trainers, acquired positive examples/additional professional content are added in creation of the open curriculum of our school. Gained results are presented to the Chamber of Crafts/to businesses of the local environment/to other institutions in order to improve the existing systems in Slovenia. We have adult education, NPK and education of people registered at the Employment Service,so we transfer acquired knowledge/ experiences also into this education, knowledge is also included in to training programme for disadvantaged people/hard-employing people.Organizing conferences/ round tables with those involved in similar projects contributes to the dissemination of results.We transfer new skills to colleagues/employees in local companies, we are publishing new gained knowledge/news in media.We are in cooperation with the representatives of the Centre for vocational education/ training and we with our results of the project contribute to improving the Slovenian education system/developing new occupational standards/on the basis of these also creation the new educational programmes The group of project was consisted of eight students of third class SSI program mechanical engineer.The students received Certificates from German school, Slovenian and English Europasses, Certificates from the companyKBA. Students were enrolled in School register (register of foreign students)
