Project Background: The trainees are students of the Agricultural School and Agricultural College, who are predestinated for innovative, community-building activities in Carinthian regions with special needs, because of their technical and linguistic expertise. With the project, their skills will be expanded and improved. Aims of the Project: Improving the European understanding, the technical and language skills and developing the social attitude are our project aims. Participants: On this projekt 10 trainees and one cargiver are involved. The selection is decided by applicants and project experts according to linguistic and social competence. Activities, implementation: The participants do a traineeship abroad. They will be accompanied and assisted in the preparation, planning, implementation and evaluation by the project supervisors. Impact and effect of long-term benefits: We need people in the labor market with vision, empathy and international expertise. Especially in the agricultural sector and domestic tourism Innovative thinking is required. Through the experience abroad the trainees gather experience in these areas and will become open, sociable people and responsible European citizens.
