Sustainable improvement of the quality of Modern Language Teaching through the aquisition, activation and update of cultural and intercultural knowledge. Furthermore the project is meant to modernize the methodology skills for modern language teaching which will be passed on to the other language teachers of the English department and thus contribute to develop and improve foreign language teaching at our school. One of our English teachers will be sent to Cambridge, United Kingdom and attend a teacher development course (Language and Methodology Refresher for secondary schools-adults), which has been organised by the institute Bell at the well-known Homerton College on the campus of the University of Cambridge. In order to pass on aquired skills an internal teacher training will take place which assures the multiplication of those competences and will bring benefit to all English language teachers of our school. This training course is meant to enable a long term improvement and modernization of the quality of teaching modern languages at our school.
