Implementing and improving internationalisation of our school by improving language and didactic-methodological skills (including CLIL): This two-year project of staff mobility aims at strenthening our competencies and skills in both intercultural communication and teaching. This applies especially to colleagues of the departments of languages and arts. The effort made in structured courses will be supported by the experience and knowledge gained during "Job Shadowings" at a Spanish Secondary School, thus helping our school to build a network internationally, especially within Europe. We have planned 12 mobilities altogether. Three colleagues of the language department will attend courses in Spain to improve their communicative and didactic skills. Two of those will use the opportunity of "Job Shadowing" to look into methods and practices of language teaching, placing special attention to those with low abilities and in need of motivation. Six colleagues will attend courses of both methodology of language teaching and CLIL. Our head of school will attend a language course to help us implement our current and future international projects. The overall aim is to motivate both students and staff by current and innovative ideas and methods and gain new insights, and to see everybody benefit from the European dimension.
