The name of the Project "Auf gute Zusammenarbeit" (For good teamwork), the name is program. In the field of international youth exchange, good partnerships are very important for successfully developing projects. This Project is a Jobshadowing, which we have shortly discovered and tried for the first time now. So we found a consense between our Russian partner and ourselves quickly, that it should be senseful, to send one employee to us for the time of 3 months. The aim was to teach her, how international partnership could work, to show her our outdoor-education-methods and our way to behave with disabled people. The Russian team member joined our whole everyday life in our job - like join outdoor activities with youth, learn those methods, join and create projectmanagements in our office, and deal intensively with our way to treat disabled people. - We hope that she got lots of inputs in this field and carry them to international project work, where disabled people mostly are seperated from the normal society, far away from social life. From this project we expect an intensive cooperation and the increase of the circle of people, that open minds in Russia against the frear of disabled people. - To this impression we got during our two inclusion projects, one in Russia and one in Germany with Russian disabled people. - Each of them was fascinated by the freedom and the acceptance that an EVS in Germany offered to them. The affection of own wishes and desires as well as the Challenge of work tasks; expectation of them being working as goog as they can - all things we need to feel like worth value human beings. - All of the participants described circumstances in Russia, that let grow the wish in us, to invest our power into that direction.
