Providing emergency health service for needer in exact time and place with non-stop fully equipment staff is a basis of health service in countrywide.Right time medical intervention come up with saving life.Minimum latency may cause nonrecoverable results.In exigency emergency medical intervention, to transmit patients to nearest hospital where administer treatment with right technic and in time is essential.In this period it is very important that medical personnel have enough knowledge and skills.It is necessity that emergency medical technicians who graduaded from vocational highschool and attend to hospital without additional education,have to reach level which gives performing their job precisely.It is planning to construct big city hospital campus in our city.It provides new job opportunuties and our school students may have high opportunutiy to be employed because of this project.In this project our school which Develi Necmiye and Mustafa Maslak Vocational and Technic Anatolian Highschool,emergency medical technician students who are going to take European standart education and have high level knowledge will attend 2 weeks internship program in emergency health services field.Total 38 students are going to take education about basic health practises.It is planning to do 4 mobilities that one mobility to Italy, one mobility to Romania and two different time mobilities to Czech Republic .In this context it is planning to cooperate with 4 different abroad institutions in this project.Mobilities*(Czech Republic): 4-17 Aralık 2016 / Stredni Zdravotnicka Skola, (8+1) 15-28 Ocak 2017 / Stredni Zdravotnicka Skola, (8+1)*(Italy): 12-25 Şubat 2017 / ASREM (10+1) *(Romania): 4-18 Mart 2017 / Spitalul De Pneumotiziologi (12+1)It is aimed to gain qualifications to students that those internships will be in fully equipment hospitals and give students ability to work suitable with aseptic technic,to take vital signs, to help position to patient/wounded,to practise discharge and medicate technics.Students have opportunities from this project not only to have experiences, to be ready about their job and to catch new better employment opportunities but also to raise cultural awareness,to practise foreign language and to develop their communication skills.Fort the long term, it is provided to develop our institution education system and staff qualification who are working in healthcare field also contribute to raise health standards in our city.Our project methadology consist of acting with transparency,equal opportunities and justice principles.It is planning to take part that to choose participants fairly, to prepare students to program psychological and professional, to contact with partners in every steps, to work studiously for raising safety, to be careful about budget balance,to carry on watching and dissemination.
