n our institution we continue fighting for a professional education and practice that is specialized and adapted to the new changes and advances. Above all, it maintains a very strong union with the business world, and always keeping in mind the social reality that is the world we live in these days. Because of this, a high quality educational development is fundamental that offers internships in businesses that obtain an integral education for students, which envelopes not only the theoretical knowledge obtained in the classroom, but also the real world. These skills will serve the students in their studies and they can incorporate them in the labor market, and have experience before obtaining a job. On the other hand, if increasing knowledge through these internships facilitates the students’ integration into the social and professional European business world, and helps them learn languages from the country where they will work, even with the economic crisis, these skills will facilitate their ability to obtain a job in the future. In this context, same as in the last two years our education center will continue to think of our priority of the way to guide the students toward a professional world. Specifically, six students of medium grade of socio-sanitary professional studies, who are in their first academic year. In this context as in the previous five years, our school considers of high importance the orientation of our students towards the labour market, particularly for a group of 4 students of medium grade of technician in care for dependents, who are in their first academic year Our proposal is based on the necessities we consider they have, necessities like the contact with reality, the knowledge of how a company works and the learning of things that cannot be dealt with in class. They would also be confident with themselves like professionals in any european context, apart from being able to carry out what they´ve learnt in the host centre. For all these things our main objective to develope in our students is to get professional competence, and the necessary maturity to get into the labour market. Regarding the results, we consider they will be possitive as our studentes will have the opportunity to know other european country, its cities, people , customs and organization. They will also know how to communicate in other language, improving their linguistic competence and their self-esteem apart from dealing with other social reality.
