The objective of this project is the establishment of a Strategic Partnership of young albinos, consolidating the training process of ALBA Association, developed through European projects: - Youth Initiative, "Journal of Alba" - Transnational Youth Meeting: “European meeting of youth with albinism: for new integration and employment policies." As a result of these projects we start the establishment of an association between entities who work with and for young albinos of Europe, helping to provide new opportunities, encouraging the training, employability and skills development began. This project involves entities from 5 countries Spain, Italy, England, Norway and France. The participation of over 200 youth and youth with albinism are expected and professionals and skilled workers who work with them. This project will build on Joint Mobility: Virtual Mobility, where the exchange of experience, knowledge is promoted through new technologies skype, facebook, these mobilities are particularly important when we talk about people with fewer opportunities, so extend the number of beneficiaries and helps their participation; and Physical Mobility in order to promote youth exchanges and expert / staff support young albinos exchanges. Throughout the project will be 2 transnacional meetings, that will take 2 people attending per country will be held in two countries between Spain, France, the UK and Norway. Total: 10 young and experts participants. Transnational exchange in Italy with delegations composed of 4 young and 1 accompanying person, Total 20 youth and 5 companions. Finally there will be a multiplier event in Spain, where the results of this project will spread, where attended 30 national and 5 international multipliers (1 per country) invited by us, although we expect many more to come to the event, up to 100 people to help us disseminate and consolidate the intellectual results. This project will include a set of activities to be held during the year and a half. The methodologies of this project will be based on non-formal and informal education, workshops, dynamic games, exchanges of experience and it will have special weight virtual exchanges, it will be particularly important peer learning for skills development among young people. Among other activities can highlight the following: - Consolidation of a European network of young with albinism, to encourage participation and improve the capacity of associations that form, improving their projects - Developing a website for the project itself and the for the network. - Dissemination of social awareness campaign and sensitisation about Albinism: to promote the realization of a biographical book with positive testimonials and a story with a child with albinism as a protagonist in digital format. - Creation of tools Adapted for people with reduced and / or blindness visibility, information and communication technologies (ICT) specifically we will promote the creation of applications for mobile, launching a design contest App, with an attractive prize, to reach industry professionals. - Advice and support service to the mobilities of albinos and within the Erasmus program, in its different mobilities within the School stage, Secondary, Vocational Training, Higher and especially in non-formal and informal learning (Youth). Create a network of families of albinos for exchanges of albinos. - Collaboration Network among albinos entrepreneurs for they know examples of employability and entrepreneurship by other albinos, besides they support each other to create new work projects. - Manual of Good Practice for the entire project and Emergency Guide - Carry out interim and final evaluations - Perform youth exchanges - Conduct exchanges of experts / staff to support young - Support service in each state to assist young people in obtaining Youhtpass The expected results are multiple but there are three selected as intellectual outcomes for their high quality and relevance, as well as because the participation of recognized prestige experts from different fields: • Help guide for the new child / youth with albinism in collaboration with scientists, experts and young people with albinism. • Guide for the young with albinism: no barriers no borders, • Applications for mobile devices that improve access to information for people with low vision The expected impact will be very strong between albino and youth groups, professionals and skilled workers who work with them, improving their daily practice.
