Our Project is based on rasing EMTBO program trainer qualifications, curriculum and sectoral cooperation. General aim of the Project is increasing quality and attractiveness of vocational education, teacher competencies, curriculum at national and international basis, through the development of cooperation with the sector. Private aims of the Project are: İn Ankara and Turkey during project time. - Developing technical competencies of EMTBO vocational teachers on “basic lift maintenance, safety and urgent rescue/emergency and and other supportive field such as linguistic, cultural and pedagogical competencies at international level. - Developing draft certificate programme on “lift emergency traning” as part of EMTBO vocational education programme. - Raisingconsciousnessandpossiblcooperationsamongsectoralrepresentatives, NGOs and educational institutes studying in the field of lift and EMTBO at national and international level. * Participants are 12 technical teachers/asistant principal actually working in electric-electronics and mechanical fields and 3 trainers as sector representatives. Work packages on main activities of the project : WP1- Project management (12 months): Coordination and budget management. WP2- Mobility preparations of the participants: Linguistic, culturel, pedagogic/androgogic preparations. WP3- Mobility Activity (2 weks): Hosting, orientation, monitoring, inspecting, evaluating and certification of activity process, cultural visits in host country. WP-4 Developing learning outcomes and cooperation (During and after mobility): Preparing report on evaluation and monitoring of the education process , producing Turkish resources, preparing and instruction text and writing information brochures, building cooperation platform. WP-5 Visibility and spreading Activities (12 months): Building up project website, sharing, reports, recourses, emergency instruction text, information brochures, information seminars. WP-6 Monitoring and Evaluation (12 months) Monitoring project process through surveys and observation forms . Methodology; gaining theoretical information, implication and job shadowing , technical visits during mobility; Project management- good governance; survey and observation during project . Expected outcomes and impact, possible benfits in long term: * Improving human resources/staff competences. *Building up a trainer pool composed of 15 certified trainers Who has gained competencies in basic lift maintenance, safety and emergency rescue, adult education formation, using foreign language daily and technical. * Improving intercultural communication skills between foreign colleagues, sector represents and EU citizens. * Transferring actual information on field and foreign literature into Turkish educational documents by using their improved foreign language competencies (Transformed Turkish Education Documents). * Improving information transfer competences and vocational literacy besides observation&evaluation competences through training and cooperation activities. * Transferring new competencies into draft vocational training programme/curriculum coherent with vocational training needs and considering stakeholders’ views. * Forming a platform with sector representative and other schools in order to coordinate, communication and cooperation among the parties and furthering this platform. * In sentivity of protecting human health and improving quality of life, raising awareness of stakeholders about "lift emergency rescue" issue and it’s importance . * Realization similar projects that will improve communal life quality and certified employment. Providing human resorces’ competency through EMTBO section programme and whole vocational education range over the long term, bringing training documents and notes up to date, developing cirriculum, improving the capacity of educational instutitions on adult training, improving the quality and attractiveness of vocational education by means of sectoral cooperation and intercoordination ,paralel to all, enlarging the employability conditions, developing service qulity, leading high quality of living by well-qualified human resources within the market. Contributing national politics settlement to improve the service quality and to prevent elevator accidents through the country.
