Number of participants: 8 participants from each country and 2 leaders Profile of participants: Young people with active interest to art field. Context of project: Project was created by the initiation of the young people and youth workers with the interest to fulfill deficit of experiences and skills that are necessary for higher professional success. The EU’s values are included as the basic pillers of whole program. Methodology: Energizers, group dynamics, conflict management activities, the tasks activating the process of cooperation that brings the exchange of ideas, development of ability to learn, negotiation skills, improvisation and power to face and deal with the problems. Each segment of activities leads the individual participant to self-expression and to attitude that ''my opinion has a power and value". Furthermore, couple activities bring the enhancement of tolerance and realization that "in two we can reach more". It is part of the small group activities to communicate and also to listen. The big group activities lead participants for partnership and development of organization skills. The Results: The outcome is that the participants will obtain the special knowledge and skills for professional success in the chosen major. Further will be created the strong social network of people that multiplies the affectivity of the program and its results. The material product is the art items that will be disposed on several exhibitions, with the catalogue. The catalogue is the representative book for the artist and it can be used any time in the future, also for presenting the ideas outcomes of youth exchange activity. The popularity of project via exhibitions and artists by themselves will be set via media. Objectives: The objectives are the knowledge process in which the young participants learn the whole process from idea to the realization of the idea, and final materialization into the object that is representative and sellable. Even more, whole program focuses on aim to support young people for their independency, self-realization, and learning via social engagement. Additionally, there is the goal to include young people into the interaction with unfamiliar place and to acknowledge the possibilities that every space can offer. For support of main objectives there will be open presentations and discussions that serves for acknowledgment and move of intercultural dialogue, self-evaluation and dealing with the actual art problems. Finally, the whole project will be recorded and projected on the final exhibitions.
