Objectif général :Le secteur de léconomie sociale et solidaire (ESS) joue un rôle essentiel pour léconomie de la France et du Royaume-Uni. Le micro projet PART3SEC a pour but de déterminer létendue et la portée du secteur de léconomie sociale et solidaire en France et en Angleterre et de déterminer les synergies entre les entreprises de ces deux pays. Des recherches seront dirigées en France et en Angleterre afin didentifier les différentes structures, létendue et léchelle du secteur. A lissue du projet, un outil commun sera réalisé pour évaluer limpact économique et social du secteur.Principales actions :- Réalisation dun sondage pour étudier les organisations de lESS.- Analyse de limpact du secteur ESS sur léconomie de la France et de lAngleterre.- Création dun glossaire des termes et clarification des différences entre lESS en France et en Angleterre.- Mise en place de deux conférences conjointes pour les entreprises de lESS afin détudier les problèmes communs et créer des liens entre les entreprises.- Réalisation dun rapport final incluant des recommandations pour lavenir de la collaboration de lESS transmanche et la possibilité de développer un outil pour évaluer le poids de lESS des économies française et anglaise.----------------Main objective :The third sector (charities, voluntary organisations, social enterprise) is a vital part of the economies of France and the UK. The PART3SEC micro-project aims to identify the actual scope and reach of the third sector in the UK and France, and to investigate synergies between businesses from each country. The partners will conduct research between France and the UK in order to identify structure, scope and scale of the sector. Finally, the project will design a common tool that will be used to assess the economical and social impact of the third sector. Main actions :- Realization of a survey to study third sector organisations.- Analysis of the impact of the third sector on the economies of France and the UK.- Creation of a glossary of terms used in community/voluntary sector, and clarification of the differences between France and UKs third sectors.- Organisation of two joint conferences between businesses and organisations in the third sector to discuss research findings and explore joint issues/links.- Production of a final report including recommendations for future cross-channel third sector collaboration and examining the possibility of developing a tool to evaluate the value of the third sector in the French and UK economies.
