'Art is Everywhere' was a training course that took place in Metz, France. The participating countries in this project were France, Estonia, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Slovenia and FYR Macedonia, so it was a rather diverse spectre and interesting project from the intercultural point of view as well. During this project, the participants were able to acquire skills and knowledge that led them towards looking at urban art as a tool to work with young people. The message of this project went from the extent of promoting urban art as a tool to connect with the community and influence the community, in which young people live. Besides being considered as appearance, which breaks the norms and points out to some problems in the society, this project guided the participants to learning more about the urban art and the ways that we can use art in the urban surroundings to educate, learn and empower positive social change. Commutation comes out as a very important segment concerning urban art and motivation of young people. Reaching greater social cohesion between different social groups is also one of the fields, in which urban art can assist. The participants at the project were also able to work on a special methodological approach and to learn new ways on presenting and using Urban art. This project offered the participants a great opportunity for further development of new approaches and also introduced them to the work of local urban artists, who helped the participants to better understand what urban art is and how it can represent one society and help one society to grow and develop. By being involved in the intensive self-development activities, the learners were also able to recognize different positive outcomes and influence of urban art. After the project end the cooperation proceeded and the participants were assisted in the local events that they planned to complete in their home countries related to the topic of the project.
