The overall aim of Training Course“Art for intercultural dialogue and youth inclusion”(Banja Luka,Bosnia Herzegovina,17–27 August 2012),proposed by the hosting organisation "Zdravo da ste-Hi neighbour" Youth Centre, is to create an international opportunity for 27 youth workers and leaders, peer educators, young artists, volunteers from Programme and SEE countries to use artistic expressions as a tool to promote intercultural dialogue and inclusion among young people coming from less privileged conditions and/or from contexts of social exclusion (immigrants, ethnic minorities, economical and geographical disadvantage) in order to empower social, cultural and economical development of them. Objectives of the project are: to explore new artistic competences and approaches in the youth work and non formal education, to promote the use of art as a tool to foster intercultural dialogue and youth social inclusion through the realization of different workshops and common activities,to share with the hosting local community the results/outcomes of the project,to plan a follow up in order to apply and multiply the methodologies acquired and the concrete results achieved. All the activities planned, from preparation till follow up, will guarantee the full involvement and the free expression of participants in a process in which all the partners and participants will have a role as much participative as possible using methods of non-formal education. During the project will be realized icebreaker games, team building, an association fair, intercultural evening, Open Space activities, field visits, 3 practical workshops to be developed thanks to the use of different artistic languages, techniques and tools (comics and strips, musical contamination, video productions and communication), sharing activities with local community to present projects outcomes/results, sessions on future projects, several evaluation moments both practical aspects and fundamental contents.
