The project "Are your ideas as strong as your fantasy" consists out of four job shadowing visits in Germany, Egypt and Israel. They will take place from September 2015 until March 2016 and aim at building capacity, fostering development of non-governmental organizations, subsequently contributing to the development of civic and more tolerant society. The aim will be achieved through organizing job shadowing visits, exchanging experiences and practices in work with young people fostering creation of new, fresh, innovative and more efficient non-formal educational methods based on collective knowledge, developing cooperation ties among the partners involved in the project with possible common projects in near future and developing a particular project idea, that addresses capacity building, sustainability of results and publicity issues within NGOs. The latter one would also be the expected tangible outcome of this project, that besides the direct learning gains will transfer the essence of project further. There will be 12 participants - staff or active volunteers of partner organizations in Latvia, Germany, Israel and Egypt.
