It's a school education project carried out in the IES Francisco Montoya and it has the aim o improving the tools and language o the teachers participating in the mobility skills. The teachers involved in this project are six and are working in secondary education. Their profile is: two of them are working as English teachers, one is a special needs care teacher, another one is a math teacher and the rest two work in the scientific and technological field. As a result of this project, the school Center has been expanded its European dimension and the teachers carried out a very successful experience both academic and personal. We have been in contact with other school Centers and teachers and links have been established with European counterparts as well as partner companies. In that way, we have been able to practice and have been shown other ways of working in other European institutions.
