During the months of July and August will welcome in Padul (Granada-Spain) 4 volunteers from Italy, Poland, France and Slovenia. Two of them will have sport profile and the others a creative profile. They will participate in some activities that promote our Town Hall with children and young people: Summer camps for children and teens (sports, language and summer school) and two workshops for youth(an intercultural kitchen and another on a proposal of volunteers who respond to their concerns and training).With this project we want that users of these activities take contact with the Erasmus + program and know by first-hand what an EVS is. The participation of volunteers will promote multilingualism, mutual understanding of cultures, the acquisition of skills and we will get activate the participation of young people in his own communities.Non-formal education is fundamental in our working methods, in our activities we use games, we recreate real situations, we give to the volunteer initiative to implement activities… In the different camps we will develop activities as for example: In the sport camp (football, handball, swimming and hiking), language camp (recreations of real life, games, songs and activities in the environment, always in English) and in the summer school (it will work through play, pre-sports activities, music, painting and theater).Through the cooking workshop each volunteer and the group of Spanish young will share cooking methods of four traditional dishes from his own countries. In anothers workshop the volunteer will decide the issue.We will get children and young people of our town know the Erasmus + program and especially the figure of EVS. Volunteers and users will know new cultures, words in other languages, will improve English language skills and digital competences. Definetily they will feel more part of Europe.
