It is a fact that in recent years the Internet has offered businesses a new range of communication capabilities and growth. The main tool was the technological developments, with significant innovation to develop user-friendly browsers that facilitated access to cyberspace. Thus, the term e-Business was adopted to designate enterprises that invest in the conduct of their activities through telecommunications networks, distributed computing and the Internet. The kind of projection of a company can be met in two forms, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), where the advertising through the presentation of the firm appears as first results in searches and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) concerning the optimization techniques of web pages to be more specific and friendly to search engine registration mechanisms, again resulting in improving the position of the results after a search. The two methods are not mutually independent, as included in the SEO Search Engine of marketing. The training program is designed according to the characteristics and to meet the needs of participants so whatever their specialty to specialize in a subject that can provide them additional competitive skills. The training needs of students that are covered by the project and which are in direct relation and relevance to labour market needs, focus on the following:- Enrichment of knowledge in modern developments in the field of online marketing,- Designing and implementing political visibility and promotion through the internet,- Developing strategies on social networks (social media),- Implementation of practical methods effectively reaching customers through internet and social media,- Development of technical SEO and web design. The objective of this program is to illustrate how Internet technologies can be used today to create successful business models and an enterprise become an e-business. In particular, the educational objectives to be achieved are: - Understand the key issues related to e-business and e-commerce,- Be aware of the design and development of such applications methodology,- Have gained considerable familiarity with the necessary technologies,- To know the basic design principles of user-friendly applications,- Determine the functional requirements of an e-commerce application,- To develop and implement e-commerce applications,- Assess the usability of an online store. The project is expected to involve 66 students with 6 accompanying teachers in three flows, which for a period of fifteen days will go to Cyprus. The host institution will be the EDEX - INTERCOLLEGE. In this context we believe that specialization in the above subject area is horizontal and may relate to all students regardless of specialization of the Consortium. Moreover, the project is in direct relation and relevance to labour market needs, and businesses that increasingly understand the contribution of the Internet to the functioning of modern enterprises. Participation in such a mobility project contributes so the beneficiaries to gain valuable experience and important skills in order to enrich their knowledge, to work in an environment with different technologies and know-how, practice and perfect a foreign language and get to know a different culture. Apart from the above benefits for participants through the project we expect to achieve multiplier effects and benefits for the implementing bodies, domestic and abroad. This gives added value to the proposal, helping to develop the European dimension in vocational training and vocational guidance and disseminate the importance of mobility programs and the transfer of European culture in the sending country.
