The aim of the project is encouraging and supporting its participants in acquiring intercultural competences, some key competences and skills concerning working with young people who are wards in Resettlement House (including learning new innovative methods of work in the field of non-formal education, used in working with youth from this kind of institutions). The project will last 12 months and there are three people from Ukraine who will take part in it. Each of them has voluntary experience, which they acquired in Youth Centre 'Don Bosco' in Odessa. They also know the specification of the Polish group of wards from Resettlement House in Trzebież as they took part in a Polish - Ukrainian youth exchange. The participants want to work with youth at risk of social exclusion in the future. The duties and tasks of volunteers will concern non-formal educational activities realized with wards from Resettlement House in Trzebież - after lesson and artistic classes, helping in activities of artistic group ArtCrew, organising tournaments and competitions, film productions and others). The volunteers will be able to propose and implement their own ideas concerning classes and activities for youth. The project will allow the participants to acquire competences described above as well as prepare themselves to occupational workin. Their involvement will allow to increase the quality of their work and also the quality of the classes for the wards from Resettlement House in Trzebież themselves. They will aso practice and design their own conception of complex formal and non-formal educational activities for the wards.
