The project is articulated around the host of 2 volunteers on 2 different structures from Tarbes' urban area, the Foyer des Jeunes Travailleurs of Tarbes and the Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture of Aureilhan. This 2 Youth structures welcome a different public, children and teenagers from 3 to 18 years old on the MJC and the young adults from 16 to 30 years old on the FJT. The volunteers will be a member, on 2 structures, of the team of animation (4 people in the FJT and 20 people to the MJC). The goal of the project is to value the European citizenship, the mobility and the intercultural exchanges. To do it, we want to inform the widest possible public, first of all that of the FJT and the MJC, to widen then to all the young people of the urban area. The activities envisaged for the volunteers are the following ones: In the MJC : the volunteer will take part in the animations organized on our center of leisure activities. He will lead cultural, manual, sports activities and discoveries. According to his skills and his knowledge, he will also lead specific workshops as the club of theater for 6-12 years or the expression workshops(music, singing, self-expression through movement) at school for 11-14 years. He will participate in the setting-up times of these actions as those whom he will wish to set up with the possibility of being more autonomous but always accompanied. In the FJT: with regard to the organization of the project and to reach at best the goals, our methodology is based on the teamwork. So, the volunteer will bring his support for the various members of the Service of Animation O With the animators loaded the collective life and the young people who propose projects, he can participate in the implementation of animations common to the youth hostel and to the FJT by bringing it an European dimension and by making share his experience (debates, exhibitions, quiz nights or in theme) Using the current actions (multimedia, workshops plastic arts and theater, video, sports) and those whom he would like to propose and to develop, he can revitalize the collective places: the cafeteria, the multimedia room, the library, the room with sound system and light, the restaurant... O With the animator loaded the welcome of the newcomers, he will participate in the information and the orientation of the young towards the main partners of tourism, to the collection of the documentation . The volunteer will be integrated into the team of animation. He will participate to the meetings of the service to take all his place there and be accompanied in his various missions. Formal times of evaluation will be scheduled to straighten if necessary, his various missions and consider needs, expectations of the volunteer on the duration of his stay. In 2013, on the urban area, 3 young people were hosted in EVS (in the FJT, in the MJC of Odos and in the MJC of Aureilhan). With our partners, we wish that the volunteers have common working times and can value Europe around a concerted action. So various thematic meetings were proposed throughout the presence of the volunteers. We shall suggest to the volunteers of the year 2014/2015 realizing an action by implying the public of every structure. We wish to define the theme and the support with the hosted volunteers. We wish that this action deals with the values of Europe: solidarity, tolerance, nondiscrimination; puts forward the wealth of the cultures and the personalities of the volunteers; and give the possibility to the volunteers to discover other professional contexts, other teams of professionals. Within the framework of this project, the volunteers, in connection with the animators, are going to build and to lead a collective action, implying the public of 2 structures and to make share this experience by going to meet other public and structure. The purpose being to favor the cultural opening and to promote the Erasmus+ program. All the supports created within the framework of the EVS are broadcast within every structure and beyond. They are a part of thematic weeks, in particular on various country of origin of the volunteers, the actions which we open on the city thanks to the various local partners. We participate in demonstrations or local forums then of which the volunteers can bring their experience besides the tools which we created (exhibition, video). Furthermore, the local press is associated with the communication around the project, what brings an important visibility on the department allowing to inform all the structures which Erasmus +program could interest. The goal is, in the medium and long term to develop the hosting function on the department of Hautes-Pyrénées.
