The project is addressed to teaching employees such as surdopedagogów (working with deaf) and oligofhrenopedagogy (working with intellectual disability) and other teachers. It includes, teachers of early support, preschool, elementary school, gymnasium, professional school, job training and technical, teachers, principals, teachers - educators in boarding school, psychologue, teacher and librarian and non-pedagogical staff employed in the Special School and Educational for Children and Youth with Disabilities in Slawno. Becaous of large amount of employees, twenty of them is willing to participate in this project. The Implementation of the project is planned for the period from 1 June 2016 until 31 May 2018 year. Beneficiaries will be divided into two groups mobility that will achive their international aims.The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of work of an educational institution achieved through the participation of its employees in mobilities abroad such as courses and training. During which they submit their own professional competence and European scale international mobility and educational activities related to international cooperation, that will contribute to meet identified needs of the institution.The priority of the project is to improve and develop skills in the English language and job shadowing. Beneficiaries in the period from 12 to 26 February 2017 year and from 25 June to 8 July 2017. will participate in mobilities to Ireland. During a two week stay they will attend in English language course and training.The English course will include 36 hours of learning. The program will include a substantial vocabulary of everyday life and the extent of words adapted to a particular field of study / for example it IT specialist - covering English terms information and computer /. Each group will be multi-ethnic, so that beneficiaries will have the opportunity to improve their language skills, methodical and rich international experience, which will be able to use for educational activities, as well as in their future careers.Beneficiaries will be assimilated culturally and live Irish in families, which will give them the opportunity to use their language skills and enable them to effectively gain experience of language that are necessary for the continuation of knowledge and language skills also in the country.Foreign training in the field "teaching methods people with disabilities in Irish institutions" will involve 14 hours. Partner planned to observe the work at school and in foundations and association acting on behalf of disabled people (including children and young deaf MID-WEST SCHOOL FOR THE Hearing Impaired in Limerick and the observation of work in two foundations: St. Josephs Foundation and Cope Foundation and Association Agreement the Cork Deaf Association, acting on behalf of people with disabilities. Knowing of modern and innovative teaching methods, will allow to enter most interesting in the daily work of teaching in our country.During the project, the beneficiaries will be subject to evaluation, the aim will be to evaluate the implementation of the project and to assess the quality of its . It should help to estimate the way of realization of the project and define is it compatible with the foundation.The promotion activities our facility is a very important and integral element. The direct addressees are the Erasmus Plus project stakeholders ie. teachers and employees involved in this initiative. The recipients of information will be the local community, for instance the whole school, parents and local authorities. We hope that through cooperation with the media and Internet usage, effects of project activities reach a larger audience. The experience gained will be included in the work plans of the school and in the work plans of individual teachers.
