This initiative intended to the needs of sustainable entrepreneurship,aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills regarding the openness of executives of Santorini manufacturing companies to acquire the necessary skills to allow them to respond successfully to the challenges of international competition and global markets. Today's critical situation requires to work on a new development model, which including, based on strains that can develop innovative products and services with a strong element of extroversion. In this direction, the UNION OF THIRAIKA PRODUCTS implemented this program, which runs on three key pillars: Extraversion, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, which are the necessary conditions for upgrading the capacity of the rural economy. KEY OBJECTIVES this proposal were: Training of outward orientation executives extroversion issues and export procedures. Knowledge of design preparation for the development of export activity. Improving information through the development of networks and interconnection with operators, consultants, mentors and export experts. Interface and communication, develop contacts, exchange of ideas and dissemination of best practices through the portals. Upgrading knowledge and business executives extroversion skills in order to acquire the necessary skills to allow them to respond successfully to the challenges of international competition and global markets. Developing favorable environment / conditions for the competitiveness of the products and business services. Apart from the above, this project gives added value because it creates an environment where not only develop skills and acquire new knowledge for the beneficiaries, while promoting a European collaboration environment. The host organization Comunicazione GmbH chosen for the implementation of the program is the one great experience / activity concerning exports and the promotion of agricultural products first processing and the other has implemented several mobility programs. Also the choice of the country is not random, in which EXPORT SECTOR is highly developed. The program was implemented with the participation of 15 human resource managers members of UNION OF THIRAIKA PRODUCTS.
