The education age at infants is between 3-6 years.All the education institutions must be sufficient and interesting in order to provide a good education to infants.The research results are obvious that the students who are attending kindergarten schools,becomes more successful and this success longs to wards the life.So quality and methods of education in kindergarten school is important in the aim of readiness in life long learning.After a qualified education in kindergarten we send our students to primary schools.We sometimes visit our old students to check education levels and process.Due to the education level and process,we give feedback.Primary,school teacher’s parents and environment of infants give us more information.Primary school teachers say that the students graduated from kindergarten,are more successful.But sometimes three are some problems self learning,selfcare and sense of achievement.We searched the reasons of the problems and we sow that kindergarten education has some bad sights to students self learning.
Teacher assistants,staffs and curriculum didnt’give more opportunity to self learning.Because of the health and safety,we do not give more permission to students take responsibility.This result shows us,there is a conflict between our goals and the condition we are in.Our goal is;to train participating individuals to bright future as a result;in teachers committee meeting,we decide to use montessori system of education.
Reality and naturalness is very important in montessori education.İnfanti use authentic materials in lessons such as;glasses for drinking water,a real iron for ironing,sharp knives for cutting vegetables.There are examples of there authentic materials in a classroom .If the learners want to use one of there materials want,he/she must wait for his/her turn.
So,students leran to respect each other in montessori classroom, furniture and materials are designed due to infants capability and bady physrcal condition.Students learn in a free environment,provides himself self learning.So,we changed our goal,we decided to montessori education system.By the way,we attended some seminers and conferences on montessori system.With the contribution of national education directorate ,we wanted open montessori practice classroom.But because of a new system in Turkey,we saw that we need an international experience on montessori.This Project will provide us better comprehension.
Not only we will monitör this method in Germany with 10 teachers between 25-29 th janwary,2016 but also we check the decorations of the classroom authentic materials which are used activities curriculum,learner teacher cooperation,etc.This experience will facililate to open montessori classroom perhaps,we will open more montessori classroom.As a result,Montessori education system will contribute as more self confident leaners,more powerful achievement feelings,healthy psychology and individuals who have a good character.
