To develop a multi-layered web in order to educate young people between the ages of 12-18, who live along the Upper-Tisa collector, to be tolerant and environmentally aware European citizens. Among educational institutions – civil organizations – local and county councils – related government and non-governmental smallholders, authorities (Hydrology, Environmental Protection authorities). According to our plans the three cooperating partners and the Slovakian co-operator would work/function as a coordinating centre and the educational centres functioning on the involved areas would connect to the programs in a bead-string manner. In the event of a successful competition and realization, and with the functioning of the web, in the long run we plan the preparation of the next project which would aim the establishment of an International Environmental – Education Centre. Expected Results: Cooperation that has been functioning successfully for more than 10 years expands and rises onto a network level. The sense of tolerance, the sense of belonging of the youth living in the region improves, the susceptibility for collaboration increases in those people who live in the area, the ambition to solve the problems strengthens collectively.
