Reasons for the Project: The Project has been prepared for solving the time problems that the employees face on The patients’ Wound infections .Especilly decubitus problem the bedded patients live affects the employees,patients and the care staff negatively.The economical harms are immeasurable.The current situation analyse shows that the chronic wound poblems to be chronic health problems.The physchological effects on patients are extremely high,too.The project which is prepared for the problems that the vocational teachers and hospital administratives face aims to minimize a social problem.The project will have outcomes which have more modern,dynamic and Professional treatment setting ,ready to integrate the new applications and new methods to the Daily activities , creating a cooperation with different socio – economic sectors( health,economyeducation,social) in different areas , and awareness for project making,answering individual needs .Summarising the activities for hose outcomes : 1. Cooperation with domestic and foreign 2 organizations to share experience 2. Developing an innovative view on training about wound care ,medical dressing and avoiding infection 3. Providing formal education for students and informal students fort he other participants 4. Certification of the works with Europass 5. Providing multilingualism with the Project’s cultural activities , gaining social enretpreneurship especially for students and developing EU citizenship The mobilities for activities are under 4 headlines: a- A transnational workshop and meeting with the suaitable foreign partner after the approval of the Project b- The visits and seminars from the foreign partners. c- Mobility activities for innovation and experience transfer for students and domestic partner employees in 2 different countries. d- Lastly,visit to the partner with the domestic partner that is never visited before. Targets: 1. 24 students will have training and experience and new skills in this field through the Project 2. About 20 health employees are trained ,had experience ,saw different applications and skills in our country. 3. About 300 patients will be treated 4. 3 different countire’ culture will be seen 5. Cultural tours will be done 6. About 44 peaople will have the chance to meet a new foreign language 7. 24 students will have career guidance 8. 4 different organizations will have strategic development,institutional management,leadership,learning providing quality and internationalization 9. A kind of entrepreneurship quality will be gained through innovation and new approaches 10. A Project book ( at least 300 will be published) will be prepared 11. The book will be sent to at least 200 different organizations In the Project The participants are 24 Tenth and Eleventh grade nursery students from Gümüşhacıköy Anatolian Health Vocational High School.On the selection of the students The female ones will have priority.The students will be chosen completely objectively from the ones who have 70 or beyond school mark ,experiences of economical and geographical problems and dont have disciplinary punishment .The other participants will be the health personel (bachelor) who are chosen objectively by the school management.In this the number of female participants will be more.Besides they will have the experience infection andskillful on medical dressing.One each of the participants will be administrator. The Project management team,monitoring and assesment team and financial audit team will be founded for the Project.Eache organization will have one member in each team.Reaching for the information and works will have great importance .All of the studies and statistics will be under the control of assesment and evaluation expert assigned by the Social partner. In long term ,the Project will show a new application on wound care and ease the suffering.A scientific source will be presented and this source will be used in academical studies.Besides , for the employees and students will have trainings and new experiences , the work will be useful for people in service.The main target of the Project which is the benefit to the people physchologicaly,economically and socially will have the advantage of being used for long years.
