An innovative method for assessing and developing career-starters' Interpersonal Transferable Skills: Development and Testing
Skills: the first rung on the career ladder : The project developed and tested a new method of assessment and training of interpersonal transferable skills for career starters. The partners have also produced databases on career starters' ICTS in different sectors and countries. This project started in 2003 and lasted 18 months.
