The project " The Development of the Skills of Alsviku Vocational school students in Enterprises" will be implemented during the period from July 2014 to March 2015 . Students practice with flying long 32 days from 01.12.2015. to 12.02.2015. Project partners ''Associação Intercultural Amigos da Mobilidade " . Practice will go to Barcelos 8 Alsviķu Vocational school students and 2 accompanying persons. At least two of the participants are provided with special needs. The aims of the project : - Improve students' skills, knowledge and abilities in the professional field. - Promote the personal development of the students; - Improve the students language knowledge; - Promote the mobility of the labor force; - Acquaint the culture of Portugal. Our school education 127 students, of which 72 are students with special needs. Together with our partners we have chosen the place of practice in accordance with our students' abilities and needs . The project required the students to develop their professional knowledge, skills, abilities , knowledge of foreign languages. The experience gained will enhance students' self-esteem , improve and develop communication skills , and create great awareness of the need for the chosen profession and opportunities to find a job after graduation. As a result of this project students will get the certificate of mobility - Europass, as well as advanced professional knowledge and skills , as well as the experience of labor mobility. Before the trip the project participants will learn about Portuguese culture and norms of behavior. Acquired knowledge of foreign languages reinforced practice run, as well as useful new information retrieval. After practice driving the project participants with the information presented to the school students and staff. The positive energy that they acquire during practice will give strength to learn and to continue to explore opportunities (especially for students with special needs).
