Our school and its vocational education aims to educate students of Metal Technologies (Welding) and Machine Technologies (CNC) well to employ in labor market during the period of Turkey in EU membership. Machine has a special importance in productive industry. In developed countries, machine production is getting more and more importance in industry to gain significant capital accumulation and high incoming. Machine production is believed to be basic element of EU and its economy. As in the world, competition power of economy is parallel to development in machine production. It is essential to reorganize machine production industry, awake the national production, encourage the export and supply technological development. In Turkey, machine production has weaken since 1971. Machine importing is one of the factors which effect the incoming and expense balance negatively. As faced with a big employment problem, Turkey has to invest to increase employment. Participant students from Metal Technologies (Welding department) and Machine technologies (CNC department) will be employed easily both in EU countries and Turkey by developing their vocational skills after applying new methods and techniques.Participant students form Metal Technologies (welding) aim to become a better welder by starting with job security and worker health procedures, advanced welding methods, using welding and helping equipment, knowing welding methods and techniques as well applying, being aware of how to choose method and material, having experience in any condition and position and self-confidence. Participant students form Machine Technologies (CNC department) aim to become qualified members of labor market by starting with job security and worker health procedures, maintenance and repairing of CNC freeze and CNC turning machines, learning and writing drawing programs used in their vocational fields, simulating before getting outcome prints, and printing outcomes. In the mobility there will be 12 students in Metal Technologies and 12 students in Machine Technologies and three teachers to accompany. The students are at the 11th grade and started to learn about basic skills and knowledge of their departments. Mobility includes trainings and visits to companies related to Metal technologies and Machine technologies. Project management team will work shadow during training according to education program. Vocational visits, observations and applications will be done.Students will have advantages in the future by gaining this experience.Our region has a big powerful structure on labor market. Employment deficit is high for Metal and Machine departments and the participant students will be employed because of the experience they will gain. It will help to develop quality in labor market as a result of increase in qualified labor. It is aimed to develop students’ qualification and experience needed in labor market. It will help students’ to employment. The project will give chance of being EU citizen as socially and culturally. It also develops students’ language skills.
