The goal of this project is to suport 112 students from PZS 2 in Pszczyna during all their educational proces. Thanks to the participation in this project the students will became more motivated and experienced while entering the labor market.The professional training will increase PZS 2 students employability on both, domestic and international labor market. Thanks to the project participation the students will benefit by gaining new competencies and language or social skills. It is also believed that after the 4 -week internship the participants will be seen as more attractive future employees in fast developing labor market.According to the project the following groups of 2nd grade technical school students will take part in the project: students of :Technical School of Nutrition and Food Services (TZ), Technical School of Tourist Service (TOT) Technical School of Hotel Management (TH), a Technical School of Economy (TE), Technical School of Information Technology(TI) Technical School of Buildings and Constructions (TB), Technical School of Mechatronics (TM), technical School of Logistics (TL),Technical School of Electrical Engineers (TEL).The implementation of the project is planned for two years. This will help us to prepare future graduates of vocational schools to work both on the national and international labor market.The 4 -week internship will also positively influence the number of students mobility. The position of our partners will strengthen both on local and international market. They will also gain new experience, make new contacts what will lead to their development and promotion.As for PZS, the institution will benefit in many ways. First of all, it will became more attractive what will increase its competitiveness among other institutions.While determining the goals, aims and objectives of the project the personal needs and expectations of the students were taken into account. Equally important aspects were also : The European School Development Plan and the needs of the local labor market. There will be six institutions involved in the project: applicant organisation - Powiatowy Zespół Szkół Nr 2 in Pszczyna, and intermediary institutions: EPD-European Projects Development from Portugal, Associacao de Mobilidade Intercultural Euromob from Portugal, Vitalis Betreuungsgesellschaft für Modellprojekte mbH from germany, Gymnazium a Stredni odborna skola, Podborany, prispevkova organizace from Czech Republic and Your International Training from Ireland.All mentioned above partners are experienced in organising, realisation and positive settlemnt of Mobility Projects. All participans will receive diploma nad Europass Mobility documents which will confirm acquired social and language competences.According to intermediary insitution evaluation , the sending instiitution will validate student's acquired practical and their theoretical skills. The training will be organised according to the established program that is agreed with all partners and emloyers. All the agreements will be supervised by the appointed specialists and supervisors.
