CONTENT OF THE PROJECT; Negative experiences encountered in the school environment are the main reason of the negative attitudes against to the school and it is one of most important reason why students get reluctant to go to a higher education. One of the most important problem is bullying. In our country as well as school children in the world, a kind of aggression and bullying incidents among young people are seen in quite extensively. Both exposed to bullying, as well as witness the students developed negative attitudes toward school, which is a decrease in academic achievement, faced the problem of school attendance, self-confidence loss, inability to meet the emotional and social needs they become lonely and helpless, it is known that a lack of social skills. The studies examined as an important issue in school bullying in Turkey as in other countries, it is exposed to someone bullied out of every three students who went to school, students seem to be physically bullied by more than half.BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT ; Examined the issue of bullying , contacts made by our teachers was made into a booklet to inform teachers. A survey done in school , bullies and victims are determined. In conjunction with the survey results in the school hall and classrooms , video screenings appropriate to grade level , attempts were made to create a poster and school board . Students are given a code of conduct seminars on relationships and friendship. Periodically, bullying students applying their families were interviewed and made home visits in schools.THE GOAL OF THE PROJECT; In our school, we see bullying as a major problem . In the data we received from the survey we did in school , once even though the proportion of students who experienced to any kind of bullying in school is seen as 58%. In our school according to the strategic plan with this project , our school had the bullying problem at lower levels to download , pass in front of early school leavers , raising academic achievement rates, reducing the absenteeism problem , corporate culture development , we aim to create accurate models of behavior in parents.THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS; Our project will have 8 participants in each activity. Every movement of the majority of our schools by ensuring the participation of different personnel headcount is expected to acquire the experience as much as possible . The personnel in the project team , creative , innovative, Commenius , carried out projects such as e- twinning and has concluded consists of teachers who can use the best information technologies DESCRIPTION OF OPERATIONS ;1. Operations : 2016 will be held in early November Poland Bullying Prevention - Stop bullying , participated in the course , knowledge about ways to detect and prevent bullying will be .2. Action: Conflict Management in February 2017 to be held in Italy ( Conflickt Management) participating in the course will learn methods of communication that occurs between students be able to go .3. Action: In April 2017 Germany in Berlin Inter - Cultural Education ( Cross Cultural Management) participated in the course , will be to increase training in communication skills with different cultures .OTHER ACTIVITIES ;- Seminars and meeting arrangements , individual practices, group practices, will be held surveys .- Parents visit will take place .- Project will be explained through web site, facebook , twitter, YouTube. - E- twinning will be held national and international projects.- Project results and school districts across the province will be shared at the local and national platforms.METHODOLOGY USED ; An analysis of the current situation with a descriptive method in the first phase of the project will be conducted and why students engage in the bullying tyrant will collect data related to students' personal characteristics . Quantitative and qualitative research methods will be used in the collection of this data together. Quantitative data ; exhibiting bullying at school and to be related to it exposed the student survey measurable results of the study, qualitative data on students in education , parents, teachers, will be satisfaction of administrators and community members.RESULTS AND EFFECTS ;- The Number of the students who get bullied will decreased- When bullying stops,early school leaving and low academic success wont be a problem- Increase in the school 's commitment and desire to continue a higher education ,- Giving parents the right attitudes and behaviors- To target the development of corporate culture and strategic plan is reached.
