The project is aimed to improve our school in three main strategic fields: quality development, European dimension and internationalization; language competences,CLIL methodology through ICT. Participants belonging to staff (4) and teachers (6) will be trained in the United Kingdom through several mobility flows ( 20) over a period of two years , 2016-2018. Participants will receive appropriate linguistic and pedagogical preparation before their mobility activity begins and will form a group interacting in a e-learning platform. Participants will get a Europass Mobility Certificate, verifying that the improvement expectations have been met. We'll work for a long term development of our plan, strenghtening the ties with other countries' teachers and schools we got in touch with during mobility, fostering new common activites in the european perspective. We intend to introduce changes in our school and we want these changes to be real, lasting and genuinely capable of making the differece, while contributing to meet the overall european goals in the fields of education and training.
