During their stay, the students will keep records in the practice day-book which has been prepared in cooperation with the manager of training program and the school principal.ECVET Learning Unit that has been created is called "Growing of Fruit Vegetables". Its clearly defined procedures and contracting shall provide required quality of this internship and hence its inclusion in evaluation of the school subject called Professional Practice. This project will be crucial for participants not only due to motivation for successful professional and personal growth but also due to personal experience from abroad related to communication in a foreign language and their self-made work.Organic farming and agro-tourism require perfectly planned business activities, originality, innovation approach and also knowledge and experience in the branch. Participants may gain all of them during practice in Greece if they carefully look around and plant new information into the framework of knowledge acquired at school.Improvement of language skills will increase their competitiveness in the labour market and also allow them to find information in foreign-language books or websites, which greatly broaden their horizons. We are also expecting some growth of interest in studies and professionalism. Participants will be able to connect experienced information with theoretical training at school. It is an ideal chance for the school to give an opportunity to talented students and motivate them with the SPU.
