Vocational training abroad promotes personal and professional skills of students. Supports the independence and flexibility of students and improves their chances on the job market. These internships are a successful step for building a future career and professionality of students in their course of study. Students will have the opportunity to try themselves out in interesting conditions that will also be present in the future in a common daily practice. For a qualified execution of some professional activities each student acquires during the professional practice a profile with the necessary education and also the ability to apply acquired knowledge and skills alone or in a team. They use their theoretical knowledge to practice procedures to repair and improve the quality of their activities in detecting faults and their removal in different parts of automobiles and agricultural machinery. Students participating in internships are increasing their range of knowledge, get to know new successful environments, can compare themselves to other european schoolchildren, which can create a new motivation to increase their level of knowledge and increase their applicability in the automotive and agricultural sectors home and abroad. So they become a competitive workforce that meets the requirements of modern times and lessons learned abroad enrich their knowledge and skills for future careers. Since our students have the option of professional practice with our contractual partners in our region, resp. in school workshops, they haven`t had possibility so far to work in a vocational training in an international environment that is built on a completely different work culture, using different techniques, technologies, equipment. Target groups: 1. agromechanic, repairman, 2nd and 3rd year. In this field we would like to implement an internship for 12 students in Italy, in one company dealing with agricultural machinery and their maintenance. Our aim is that students acquire new technical knowledge and skills. By asserting in a foreign environment they develop their language skills and independence, which form an integral part of a successful applicant in the future. 2. car technician - mechanic, 2nd and 3rd year. This fields hosting country is Hungary, where the visiting organizations our students are such well equipped modern workplaces as Auto Total Kft. (BOSCH CAR SERVICE) and Hoffman Garázsipari Kft. By the realization of this professional internships we want to enable our students work experience with modern facilities such as: - Hofmann wheel balancer, tire changer, to be familiar with the Prism technology and its use - Use Diagnostic System Bosch In this field of study we also plan an internship for 12 students. The work placement in Hungary is planned to be carried out in September/October 2015 and the internship in Italy in March/April 2016. The duration of the placement in both cases is scheduled for 3 weeks. International experience brings into work new insights on issues and experience on dealing with working assignments. Employers prefer workers capable of a comprehensive view of their role. A linguistically proficient individual who has had experience in a foreign company is important for the employer. In our region there are several large foreign companies (New Holland, Class, Volkswagen, Peugeot) who appreciate linguistically well appointed experts. We noted that the current market is asking for more graduates who are linguistically well equipped and able to meet the high professional demands in today's technologically advanced world. Some employees of local companies have already a high average age, thereby risking that in a few years the companies will not have enough professionals.
