AGORA RH - Agora des Ressources Humaines en Euro Méditerranée à l'horizon 2025 (AGORA RH)
Date du début: 30 juin 2004, Date de fin: 30 déc. 2006 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The Agora Human Resource Project brings together eleven associations from eight different Mediterranean countries with the aim of analysing Human Resource Management practises in the Euromediterranean area. Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management is the Agora HR project leader. The Agora Human Resources project is subdivided into four areas that correspond to the four main themes of the network: • “Demographic evolution and its effect on Human Resources” • “The evolution of Human Resources in Euromed countries” • “The Social Responsibility of Organisations” • “Benchmarking of the different Human Resource Management associations”. Overall objective / Objectif général The general objective of the project is to create a think-tank of university students and Human Resource professionals in order to exchange opinions regarding Human Resource Management practises in Mediterranean countries. The work groups (organised according to subjects) have obtained results related to the four themes of the network, taking into account the current situation of the partner regions as well as the efforts made in the framework of national policies. The aim of AGORA HR is to bring out both the convergences and the differences in establishing human resource policies in order to produce a dynamic “Euromediterranean” model. Great similarities have been identified in Human Resource Management practises in the different countries, a fact which suggests that it is possible to have a «Euromediterranean Human Resource» model. Expected results / Résultats attendus Great similarities have been identified in Human Resource Management practises in the different countries, a fact which suggests that it is possible to have a «Euromediterranean Human Resource» model. Given that the project partners are Human Resource Management institutions, the purpose of the network is to constitute a permanent and fruitful think-tank and to facilitate the exchange of experience in the eastern basin of the Mediterranean. This will allow professional and academics working in Human Resource Management to have a solid base of reference and research of each country. The partners can use this base to translate the vision of each association with respect to problems to be solved and to influence corresponding policies.
