Agade - A good Adult Educator in Europe - Curriculum development project

The AGADE project targeted improvements in the quality of and access to adult educator training courses in Europe. Having agreed upon required minimum competences for an adult educator, partners worked together on a range of curriculum-building and course development and testing activities culminating in the launch of the AGADE In-Service training (IST) course. Beyond the project lifetime, the developed criteria and curriculum were revisited as a part of the “Learning 4 Sharing” project funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
