The projet Enhancing Adult Learning in Europe - EALE involves partners from 3 countries and mobilities for 6 workshop leaders and trainers engaged in citizens education and adult learning events. The project will enhance our capacity to get involved in Project Management within the European Union programmes but also the capacity to offer training courses for adults on business plans development, social entrepreneurship and green.economy It will also increase our European awareness and capacity to get engaged in EU level exchange and learning possibilities. The development of our organization has the following objectives:• To increase the understanding of our staff about the European level projects and especially how to make educational projects in Erasmus +• To introduce our leaders of workshops, trainers and other staff to social - educational project development, management, implementation and evaluation (especially focusing on evidence based needs analysis);• To provide our staff with the theory and tools necessary to design, implement and evaluate effective adult training programs within European Erasmus+• To provide our staff with tools and knowledge how to provide trainings on skill and competence building and how to asses and follow learning within adult learning• To improve competencies in project development using European programs and tools at the local level- To understand well the concept of social entrepreneurship and green economy.Key activities are 3 training courses for adult learning trainers and workshop leaders:Course 1 in Belgium on Project proposal writing and European programmesCourse 2 in FYROM on How to write a business planCourse 3 in Croatia on Social entrepreneurship, Sustainable development and green economy
