For ARCO Project the seven Italian Adriatic Regions decided togheter with EACs to establish a Counter Guarrantee Fund which management has ben assigned to Veneto Sviluppo S.p.A., regional financial institution of the Veneto Region and partner of the Project. For this porpose, two projects have been finalized both within Measure 2.1:- Project called A.R.CO. – A.T.: concerns the activities regarding the establishment of the Fund as well as the establishment and management of a network necessary to ensure the good implementation of the financial instrument ;- Project called A.R.CO. – F.: concerns the management of the Counter Guarrantee Fund.The present project proposes itself to sustain the operations of industrial collaboration and joint venture between the IAR SME’s and EAC counterparts. It is known, in a fact, that such interventions are favoring on one part the real internationalization of Italian enterprises, permitting it to benefit from competitive economic factors offered by EAC markets, and on the other hand they permit to EAC SME’s to acquire financial resources, productive factors and know how able to favor its growth. 22Therefore the Project (A.R.CO. – A.T.) consists, in the development of the informative actions and of the network connected to the establishment and implementation of a Counter Guarantee Fund aiming to support the investments of Italian SMEs in EACs.
