The projects global objective is to develop and strengthen the sea transport networks thus linking the Region of Abruzzo to the most important pan-European networks such as the Corridor V and the Corridor VIII. The Project aims, in fact, to help increase the co-operation factors between the two versants of the Adriatic sea and, at the same time, to favour and strengthen the cross-border exchanges of both people and goods, optimising their flows. The projects specific objectives are the realisation of two infrastructural interventions in the Port of Pescara and of Ortona and the realisation of a feasibility study.
