We will organise a 10 day long International Youth Exhange in the Municipality Ada, Serbia. With our Project, we aim to give what can be done for young people’s main problem unemployment and poverty. We discussed the main aims with our partners. We deal in the fact that in all the 4 participating countries have common habits, because Young people in these countries strongly bound to the virtual world, and we agreed that this is one of the reasons of their unemployment, because they spent too much time beside the computer and in this way they lose their skills to socialise, to communicate and to work in team which skills are very important to finding a job. Our project aims to examine the problems of young people from these 4 countries to find common points and in this way find solutions together and learn from each other. In our Project, we generally planned activities for unemployment and employment situations. During the project the groups of young people involved will share their experiences and knowledge on the issue of youth unemployment in their countries. In addition, participants will reflect on what they can do to combat it and what business opportunities there are for young people in their contexts. We will have activities to give reasons, present situation, solutions and our wishes about unemployment. During the youth exchange the participants can introduce their own cultures, traditions and start an intercultural discussion between them. One of our objective is to foster the personal and collective diversity and develop the competencies. The participants can learn from each other and find a common opinion. The intercultural discussion means an approaching between the participants. The experiences gained here will lower their prejudices and foster their tolerance. Project aims: To make analyses of youth unemployment in partner countries, to give solutions, and so we aim to light a bulb in young people’s brains. Our Project serves the constant thematic priorities of Youth Program. We would like to promote European citizenship with having partners in the different geography, and discussing main problems of young people belong to different backgrounds. In our Project, as we have 32 young people between18-30 years old, 12 of them are underprivileged or young people with disabilities. we aimed to achieve youth participation, cultural diversity will be ensured as we will have more countries with different cultural backgrounds, we will have youngs who have socially or economically disadvantaged or disabled, so we will ensure social inclusion in our Project. Our project’s theme and objectives will help us to ensure yearly thematic priorities of youth program like youth unemployment. For creativity and entrepreneurship. Our participants will develop how to fight against poverty and the responsibilities of all people in the world, so our Project will have one of the priority of fight against poverty. Our main education principle is using non-formal and informal education methods. Young people will learn by themselves. The activities will be with the attendance of all participants and by taking their wishes, expectations. The participants will collect the project outputs together and they will prepare project outputs together. Participants will be responsible to prepare presentations, photos for the exhibition, preparations for the intercultural night, and other activities. Workshop groups will present their study with free technique. Ice-breakers and group formation activities will be prepared by the groups and they will play their games each day. In some activities like exhibition, painting, conference our participants will be in local people and they will have opportunity to interact with them. We expect that the reasons and solutions of unemployment will be very useful for our participants. Thanks to this project, young people will try to find solutions for their problems from each other and from the experts. Our main aim and wish is to cause them solve their problems thanks to our project. Young people will use this project for themselves, for their expectations, wishes and hopes. They want to live now, not in the future. The unemployed youngs who joined our project will be again unemployed after the project but, they won’t be hopeless. Hope will bring perseverance, study, and effort, and at the end they will be happy and they will be able to find a job. All of partners got involved in this project in order to share their experiences in active participation and Youth Unemployment and the situation of young people with fewer opportunities. Bringing all these experiences in one place, sharing them, discussing ways of improving these tehniques. This will have an impact not only on the 32 participants, not only the represented partner NGO's, but in wider view the represented communities, the represented countries.
