Project title: Action Learning - training of young volunteers in tv-journalism about European mattersFIC SOLIDAR Youth Network wishes to engage young people in European matters by offering them a chance to be trained by tv- and media- proffessionals. One of the main activities is to educate and train twelve young people in tv journalism, in order to engage them in discussions about the EU and the upcoming EP elections in 2014. The overall objective is to focus on rights and opportunities for young people in Europe, which again is connected to the broader focus of the European Year 2013: Europe for Citizens.The selected twelve young people will produce a series of 3 tv programs:1. The rights of youth and other citizens in Europe2. European Parliament (elections) - how does it concern youth?3. Opportunities of the young people in EuropeThe tv programs will be recorded in cooperation with tv- and media- proffessionals from Mediehuset and broadcasted by DK4, a national tv-broadcasting company. Dissemination of the tv-programs will also be massively spread in the social media.
