This seminar is aimed at European social workers, volunteers in environmental and educational organizations, people interested in the themes of citizenship and environmental practices as a source of personal fulfillment. We intend to welcome 25 participants during 8 days from eight countries : Italy, Finland, Ukraine , Belarus , Netherlands , Turkey, Russia and France . The seminar entitled " Act together , Act better" wants to be a platform for the exchange of methods and practices that enable people with less opportunities to think about building a society together and to position itself as an active citizen. The objectives of this seminar are based on sharing tools workshops, debates and discussions around environmental awareness and value the skills of civilian engagement. It will also establish links between citizenship and environmental awareness. Through active non formal methods, the aim is to involve people with fewer opportunities in civic and environmental actions. Finally, we want to establish the links between ecology and green careers. We are convinced that being more aware of the issues, european citizens can engage more effectively in a society made by all and for all . We have successfully completed two consecutive years of seminars carried on issues of eco practices at international meetings and teenagers. This year our association wants to extend this challenge by including the concepts of employability and active citizenship . With the help of facilitators, participants will get a reflection on their experiences, knowledge and skills: group dynamics in an intercultural environment , conflict management , environmental practices , concepts of commitment and learning with public with less opportunities . This seminar will develop their critical thinking skills to position themselves for their life choices. ( What kind of world do I want to live in?)
