Act intrecutural 2 its a project which bring together 49 participants from 7 countries Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Italy, Holand, Macedonia and Czech Republic.The project consist in a youth exchange which will be implemented in Romania, in Milcoveni between 10-19.07.2016.We want with this project to help the youngsters from Rural areas to face an interview and to discover the benefits of taking part to Erasmus plus projects and also we want to show to the other participants from other countries the local reality from small villages from Romania.The main objective of this project it's to capacitate youngsters from Rural areas to become more active and to be able to face a job interview at any level.The objectives of this project are:- to capacitate 49 youngsters from 7 countries to face better an job interview - to increase the confidence and self esteeam of 49 youngsters from 7 countries - to develop the communication skills, foreign language use and public speaking for 49 participants- to increase the cooperation between 7 NGO's coming from 7 countries- to teach 49 participants to use theater as a method to activate the other youngsters from their local community- to develop the skills of working with youngsters coming from Rural areas for 7 youth workers from 7 different NGO's- to make the 49 participants know more about Youthpass certificate and learn to use it in their learning process and to get a jobWith this project we want to increase the knowledge of the youngsters from rural areas about how to face an interview to get a job and about Erasmus plus and third we want to offer the opportunity for 49 youngsters to develop a theater performance were to put on stage a mixture between the reality of the village, with customs and traditions and the modern life of the city all connected with the employment topic and all made together with the local youngsters from the Milcoveni village which will be invited to take part to the exchange.We want to better prepare the youngsters from rural areas to face with success an interview for a job, being more confident and prepared for a discussion with an employe.
