The aims of the project are to help accommodate within labour-market successfully, improving a set of skill, which will be beneficial base of life long learning, propagate innovative methods supporting adult education. The project will contribute to improve employment rate in a long term. The project will broaden the knowledge of different innovative and creative methods, skills and tools and incorporate into the organizational work. It will improve participant language, cultural and professional skills while endorse equal access and equal opportunity Within Erasmus+ programs we can implement future developments in international partnerships, so that in a complex way will contribute to improve the quality of adult education. During the two years project we are planning 10 mobility of 5 persons participating the courses organised by: Euneos Oy, DOREA Educational Institute, University of Aegean and In Dialogue. In the project, equality is a horizontal principle. Bearing this principle in mind, in our project two of the participants are seniors and they are both over 50 years old, and also three of the participants are women. The most important goal beyond the development of the IKT competencies, is the modernization of the methodological culture of the participants, and the usage of this new and up-to-date methodology techniques in life long learning/teaching. Adapting and experiencing these methods in practice. Partner Countries: Denmark, Finland, Greece, Cyprus. During courses we will collaborate with partners to support participants, tracking their progress, and measure competencies. Certificate (Europass Mobility) will be given. Because of the use of modern ICT tools has recently become key area of strategic planning, ICT experience and skills development is also important for us. Our goals are: the development of the ICT skills and methodological culture of all participants. The mobility project allows participants traveling abroad to gain new tools in teaching through creative activities and learn about experienced based learning and network with other experts and educators from across the EU and partner countries. The main objective of the project is the development of skills and dissemination of innovative methods in the field of adult education which is one of the most important ways of creating a more competitive workforce. Specific objectives are to: - improve the level of competences and skills for contribution to a cohesive society - foster quality improvements, innovation excellence and internationalisation through further cooperation - to promote the Eu’s broad linguistic diversity equal opportunity and intercultural awareness Five courses have been planned to support the above mentioned aspects: 1. Social Media Master Class - Curation (EUNEOS) 2. Creative learning and teaching using ICT and cultural environment (University of Aegean) 3. Problem Solving/Decision making (DOREA Educational Institute) 4. Train the Trainer (DOREA Educational Institute) 5. Strength based coaching and guidance (In Dialogue) Expected influences: - Development of Digital Competencies, broad linguistic diversity /Multilinguality, innovative and learner oriented training methods; - Promotion Information and Communication Technologies (IKT) usability within adult education. Results: Monitoring, evaluation and risk management action plan will summarise the gathered information and know-how in digital learning, social media, innovative education methods, and will describe the possibilities, assets and tools we would like to built into our range of services. In a long term our target group (low skill level, out-dated knowledge) will benefit through prospective events On those events we will foster using learned skills, key competencies and IKT meanwhile integrating innovative methods.
