TERMINÉ
ACT was a training course and aimed to support the professional development of young trainers and to raise the quality of their projects concerning citizenship. We approached the idea of citizenship on local, national and European level. The training course used experiential learning methods as role plays, simulations and drama methods and group sharing methods as small and large group discussions. The overall mission of the training course was to find ways and methods to make the issue of citizenship on all three levels even more attractive to young people. Together method-toolkits were developed with and for the youth workers and could be improved by them on how to motivate youngsters for participation in their local communities and beyond. Training course ACT took place in the youth hostel CAP WÖRTH in Velden am Wörthersee (Carinthia / Austria) for 6 working days (25. - 30.08.2014) with 22 participants from seven countries.
